Ето го и официалният им отговор.
Спрели са го да работи те.
В отговор на питането ми са съчинили някакъв отговор в техния FAQ, която е общи
приказки само (ако и да е озаглавена "защо го спряхме").
Не е ясно защо му орязаха функциите, навярно мъчат и гласят нещо та да
станат печеливши, което е умряла кауза, ама тяхна си работа.
Прилагам последното съобщение (което би трябвало да съдържа целия обмен).

Same issue today after logging out and trying to log in.
My original question remains - at least the part that
Skype can answer, which is:
Is it official Skype policy that version 2.5.0.130
is no longer allowed to log in?
